My Watch Story: My Persistent Search For This IWC by Hamed Mokhtari

"My Watch Story" is a video series starring HODINKEE readers and their most prized watches. For more stories from other collectors and to learn how to submit your own go to: https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/my-watch-story-may-27. Hamed, who lives in Dubai, really wanted this limited edition IWC Pilot's Spitfire Edition "Longest Flight" – so much so that he bought it on his phone on the side of the road after dropping off his daughter at school. He looks forward to utilizing its functionality once he's traveling again; luckily he just received his copy of HODINKEE Magazine Volume 6 to help pass the time.
