B-Girl Jilou | What Are You Working On? (E27) | Nike

For Germany’s B-Girl Jilou, juggling athleticism and artistry is a balancing act that requires time and dedication. Finding harmony in these two halves of herself will always be a work in progress. That might mean reconciling with uncertainty. But that’s okay. She understands that comes with the territory when dancing with duality. Instead, she’s choosing to embrace imperfection and trust her training and gut. Our new series “What Are You Working On?” uncovers the works in progress happening around the world as athletes navigate journeys in and beyond their sport. 0:00 A Balancing Act 0:10 Approach To Practice 0:32 Trusting Training & Instincts 1:13 More Than Medals 1:29 Physical Training vs. Artistic Training 2:15 No Finish Line Watch as B-Girl Jilou finds balance in her artistry and athleticism in the latest episode of “What Are You Working On?”.
