SIMON CRACKER Fall 2026 Milan - Fashion Channel Simon Cracker presented a whimsical, irreverent collection inspired by everyday people and eccentric family members, particularly aunts and great-aunts who have long informed the brand’s identity. The show, titled Chicracker, celebrated personality over conventional chic, combining humor, nostalgia, and streetwise energy with craft and material innovation. Clothes were constructed like puzzles, using knots and joints instead of seams. Leather was a central material, both recycled and new, alongside real and faux multicolored furs, often combined with cat tapestries to create dramatic coats or kingly capes. Eighteenth-century silhouettes were reimagined, bow and candy skirts played with whimsy, and leather garments featured oversized collars that could double as capes. Piercings, earrings, and vivid color combinations brought a punkish, pop aesthetic reminiscent of Italian street festivals. The collection emphasized accessibility: pieces were designed for ordinary people to wear in daily life, not just celebrities. Bags, including the brand’s first handcrafted recycled leather bag, carried earrings as signature details, connecting utility with playful design. The runway featured longtime supporters of the brand alongside newcomers, dancing and celebrating a vision rooted in collaboration, joy, and the enduring influence of women.
