His mother bought him this Swatch chronograph when they were escaping the Syrian Civil War, replacing a watch from his father that had been stolen. He's been wearing it for almost a decade – through deportations and refugee camps – and it shows its wear. Currently, he's an English and communications major at the American University of Armenia, and he looks forward to creating happier memories with his Swatch on his wrist.
