FashionTV goes backstage at the Atelier Persechino show for Fall/Winter 2012-2013. The models at this show are wearing sequins, prints, and architectural shifts with cutouts. "Inspiration for this collection came from the observations of two architects and an engineer: Moretti, Scarpa and Nervi," says designer Sabrina Persachino who points out that Moretti uses porous plasters and details in white silk fabrics, Scarpa uses decorative elements, and Nervi "who worked a lot in Rome, we used a gorget, which is the one we have seen that portrays the Palazzetto del Lavoro in Turin." A long pleated section in the collection captures the long beams of the aula Nervi in Rome.
