ROCK OF AGES (8 haircuts, 8 subcultures, ONE MODEL)

MUSIC and HAIRCUT lovers, WATCH THIS !!! This was without a doubt one of the coolest things I ever did, EIGHT DIFFERENT HAIRCUTS symbolizing eight different (musical) subcultures all done on ONE MODEL... The day Arjen walked into the shop with a HUGE bush of hair and a Ramones shirt I just knew I wanted to do something cool, he just looked like a rockstar and I saw about 100 different haircuts I wanted to do, hahaha... Wrote down his number and told him I'd give him a call as soon as I knew what I wanted to do (at that moment we were busy filming Project X) Jelle Mollema and myself are ALWAYS cooking up new ideas, that's what I love so much about working together. One day we'll be cooking up plans for new shirts talking about scandinavian pigs, the next day we're shooting a calendar with half naked barbers in champagne glasses or a video with a choir killing what could have been a beautiful carol... I can assure, we never get bored. BUT... What we still love the most is photographing and filming haircuts because well, that's what we do best... Haircuts and music are and always have been our biggest source of inspiration so we were SO STOKED about this project where we got to combine the two and create a journey through time and tunes showing all of you some of our favorite genre's... It was a challenge to do the eight haircuts on one guy but MAN, it was AWESOME, we just hope you have as much fun watching it as we had making it... WE ARE GIVING AWAY A SCUM-BAG FILLED
