For Fall 2025, Lanna presents a collection that combines the concept of protection with empowerment. Inspired by her own experience of being "very pregnant," Lanna designed a cocoon-like aesthetic, symbolizing both personal and collective protection. "Through the collection, I wanted to protect the girls, too, and to make them feel empowered," she shared. The collection features soft, tactile wool wrapped around the body in an armor-like silhouette, as seen on Japanese model Kiko Mizuhara, who attended the brand’s Los Angeles pop-up. Lanna also experimented with leather, creating Spartan warrior-inspired pieces by attaching rectangular leather shapes to sheer slip dresses. The result: a powerful mix of feminine strength and bold design. Beyond armor, Lanna also explored relaxed fits, offering chic shirts, leather pieces, and harem pants that balance comfort with modern elegance. The collection was deeply influenced by American author Ursula Kroeber Le Guin’s The Carrier Bag Theory of Fiction, which examines how humans, as "containers of histories," shape culture. To bring this theme to life, Lanna chose the Lycée Henri-IV library as the show venue—an ultimate symbol of containment, representing the gathering of human knowledge.
