Lush How It's Made: Buffy Body Butter

#lush #bodybutter #howitsmade Whipping skin into shape is Buffy’s specialty, and its scrubby, moisturizing ways make it one of our best-selling products! We spent some time with Kayleigh and Katie as they mixed up a fresh batch of this solid, self-preserving wonder. Fair trade cocoa butter and shea butter are melted down to create a velvety smooth blend, then Katie adds fragrant lavender and lemon oils. Next, she adds ground rice, almonds and adzuki beans—these natural exfoliators keep skin in tip-top condition and won’t harm our waterways when they wash down your drain. Each Buffy is hand-poured into a mold, and when it’s cool, it’s ready to head out to our shops! With no synthetic preservatives, no harmful microplastics and no wasteful packaging, this shower superhero will leave your skin irresistibly soft. Want more How It’s Made videos?
