Two- or three-buttoned jackets accentuate the shoulder and tailor the waist, slim arms come in jersey. Trompe l'oeil effects also make an appearance - collars that disappear into the body of the garment, sheer strips of gauze make clothing seem almost to float on its wearer and shading evokes an exaggeratedly three-dimensional appearance. Finally, a smoke print is a witty play on that time-honoured men's wear staple, the tuxedo.
