Galaxy Nails Tutorial: Space Cadet Manicure

Step 5: Before the polish dries, use the Marbelizer from the Sephora Collection Nail Art Set (http://seph.me/141VZgm) to swirl the design in an "S" shape. Step 6: Let dry for 3 minutes. Step 7: Apply the first layer of Flurry Up Jewelry Top Coat (http://seph.me/11PuirL) over the center of the design and let dry for a moment. Then apply a second coat all over the nail.
