Enjoy the backstage atmosphere of the spring/summer 2024 show of Akris unveiled at Paris Fashion Week! The designer, Albert Kriemler, noted inspiration from Austrian textile designer Felice ‘Lizzi’ Rix-Ueno, who worked in the early 20th century as part of the Vienna Workshop. Rix-Ueno’s illustration of poppies became applique on a tulle mini dress, while other motifs by the designer ran throughout, adorning billowing shirt dresses or languid silk crepe blouses. The collection is characterized by flowing harmony and vibrant simplicity linked to the beauty of natural wonders.
