Jack Harlow Raps "WHATS POPPIN," OutKast, and T.I. in a Game of Song Association | ELLE

#JackHarlow is set to have one hell of a year. It's been less than three months since he released his first Billboard chart entry, "WHATS POPPIN." Since, it's earned a RIAA certified gold rating, 26 million music video views (and counting!), and primed Harlow as one to watch. For our latest episode of #SongAssociation, Harlow tips his hat to fellow Louisville native #BrysonTiller, raps "WHATS POPPIN," and muses on the OutKast record he wishes was his own.
