This video takes you inside Ives's breathtaking collection, presented in the opulent Savoy’s Lancaster Ballroom, London's counterpart to New York's Plaza Hotel. Experience the elegance as Alex Consani opens the show in a floaty spaghetti-strap LBD. Marvel at Ives’s intricate designs, from mirror-work embroideries to silvery floral gowns made of safety pins. Enjoy bold statements like a faux-shearling trapper hat and shiny upcycled faux-python textiles. Meet the real women who inspire Ives, including Stevie Sims, Sofia Testino, and Ella Richards. Appreciate Ives’s thoughtful use of upcycled materials, such as deadstock military surplus and Qing Dynasty wall tapestries. Be enchanted by a white organza gown hand-embroidered with cast-off headphone cables, a testament to Ives’s creativity and dedication to sustainability. #ConnerIves #Feud #TrumanCapote #FashionShow #SustainableFashion #Runway #FashionChannel #UpcycledFashion #SavoyBallroom Fashion Channel Youtube - http://bit.ly/1OdEd04 IG Fashion Channel - https://www.instagram.com/fashionchanneltv Immerse yourself in the world of fashion with Fashion Channel.
