Where performance art meets classical tailoring - witness the hauntingly beautiful, image-shifting spring/summer 2027 Milan runway debut of Martin Quad on FashionTV! Hosted at the prestigious Fondazione Sozzani in Bovisa, under the esteemed mentorship and creative direction of Sara Sozzani Maino, the presentation unveiled “Woodman Pt.2” - a collection that confidently proves fashion can exist as a deeply moving performance medium far beyond basic textiles. The collection draws profound inspiration from the evocative, ghostly black-and-white photography of the late American artist Francesca Woodman. Translating Woodman’s surrealist exploration of the female form into the realm of menswear, Juncker utilized "mirroring" as his core construction principle. Classical tailoring was masterfully subverted; garments were structurally duplicated, inverted, displaced, and fragmented. Silhouettes warped and morphed on the body without entirely abandoning their traditional roots, paying a tactile tribute to the tonal fragility and layered textures of Woodman’s legendary imagery. True to the brand's theatrical heritage, the runway was conceived as a live operatic choreography. Set against a physical landscape of broken mirrors and suspended drapes designed by Kristian Kirk of inter.agcy, models moved to an original operatic score composed by Martin Juncker in collaboration with Copenhagen artist Soli City. Styled by Berlin-based creative consultant Tim Heyduck, the Made-in-Italy
