Create a dramatic cat look for Halloween | Ulta Beauty

Watch @maryandpalettes put a twist on everyone's go-to Halloween costume! This glam cat look starts with a mattifying face primer from the Ulta Beauty Collection followed by a Benefit Cosmetics brow pencil. Mary creates her base with the Born This Way Foundation from Too Faced and a Beauty Blender Sponge. Next, she powders using the Jeffree Star x Morphe brushes and the Maybelline Fit Me Powder. She adds a dramatic smokey eye with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette and uses a black eyeliner to fake long lashes and add a cat nose and wiskers.
