FashionTV Presents Paula Alegria, Spring/Summer 2021 | MBFW Madrid Spring/Summer collection of Paula Alegria dilutes the limits between the natural and the artificial. It explores innovative design processes in order to combine organic and inorganic materials and techniques from the future and the past. Paula Alegria's work is known for merging all of her interests. She creates garments and pieces of clothing that blend artisan processes and the most advanced techniques: such as 3D printing and laser cutting. She is a lover of nature, from where she always gets her inspiration. She uses organic shapes combined with geometry. She considers herself a multidisciplinary artist who mixes the organic and the inorganic, synthetic and natural matter, the living and the non-living. Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Madrid is Spain's number one fashion show and the leading showcase for raising the profile of Spanish fashion around the world. It is organised by IFEMA and is held twice a year in Hall 14.1 at Feria de Madrid and in select venues around the city.
