Saweetie, born Diamonte Harper, is bringing writing chops and ample doses of swag to fashion-forward lyrics. Her first EP, High Maintenance, is out today; her first single, "ICY GRL," hit YouTube last year to a now-18 million views and counting–and BAZAAR.com took notice (as should you).
