Vintage in Pills LANVIN Fall 2001 - Fashion Channel

Vintage in Pills LANVIN Fall 2001 - Fashion Channel Join us as we explore Cristina Ortiz's daring latest collection for Lanvin. This season, Ortiz embraced a tougher look, using a limited palette of black, navy blue, and off-white. Set to a rock-and-roll soundtrack, the runway featured long coats with half-hidden belts, low-button mannish jackets, teensy black dresses with side slits, and blazers with upturned, silver-studded lapels. Ortiz pushed boundaries with sheer fabrics, unexpected cutouts, and striking details like neck bands that extended down the arm and reattached at the cuff. Her bold choices often paid off, with highlights including a striking petrol-blue trench and sharp, sexy minidresses. However, some slashed tops and punk-inspired looks felt a bit forced. Ultimately, it was the clean, simple silhouettes that stood out, showcasing Ortiz's skill in blending edge with elegance. #Lanvin #CristinaOrtiz #FashionShow #Runway #RockAndRoll #EdgyFashion #HighFashion #FashionTrends #BoldDesigns #StyleInspiration Visit and Subscribe to Fashion Channel to find out more! - http://bit.ly/1OdEd04 Videos, fashion, stylists, models, the biggest fashion events pass by us.
