Light up your eyes with this graphic neon eye look. Safai Kelly shows us how to pull it all together. She starts by creating a graphic winged shape with Anastasia Beverly Hills eye primer (tip: the light-colored base amplifies the neon color). She fills it in with a neon pink eyeshadow in the center of the lid and lower lash line followed by an electric lavender shade on the inner and outer corners. To pop her lashes, Safai draws dramatic winged liner and adds mascara. She completes the bold look with longer, fuller fake eyelashes.
