The Art of: Footwear

Eternally present in the relationship between shoes and dance is artistic expression. Featuring Solomon Golding, the first British-born black dancer for the Royal Ballet, we’re delighted to release the first stage of our month-long Art of Footwear campaign. The series delves into the technical and artistic craft of high-end artisanal shoemaking, whilst exploring the significant contributions that different footwear styles have had on the arts.
