In this episode of GUESS Advocacy, we share the story behind Pushing for Pink, a LA skate-based community organization focused on the growth of breast cancer awareness and philanthropy amongst young adults. Since 2015, founders by Gary Rogers and Mathew Matthews have hosted fundraising events in celebration of loved ones who have won, lost, or are currently battling breast cancer. Pushing for Pink's goal is to wash away the feelings of separation and loneliness that comes with watching someone you love battle cancer.
