"This runway embodies a metaphoric slumber, more of a rediscovered state of mind for us," adds Filippo Leone Maria Biraghi. Drawing inspiration from James Joyce's stream of consciousness in the novel "Ulysses," they worked to attribute an aesthetic to those brief moments. The entire presentation exudes kindness and tranquility, with a focus on well-being instead of expressing anger. The influence of Banana Yoshimoto's 1989 book, 'Deep Sleep,' resurfaces, guiding them to conceptualize sleep as protection and care for the pains of the soul.
