The basic Chopard Mille Miglia motorsports-inspired chronograph has been given a PCA-themed overhaul for the anniversary gala. An exclusive gloss blue dial, matching blue vulcanized rubber strap (with sunken "tire tread" grooves for flexibility), individual numbering, and a silkscreened PCA case back logo complete the special edition treatment. Chopard employs classic elements that evoke traditional motorsports watch imagery. A tri-compax subdial arrangement echoes the great Rolex Daytona, Omega Speedmaster Mark II "Racing Dial," Heuer Carrera and Monaco, and other legends that graced trackside scenes during the golden age of the "racing chronograph" in the 1960s and 1970s.
