AKRIS Spring 2027 Paris - Fashion Channel Akris’ Spring Summer 2027 collection by Albert Kriemler draws on the abstract paintings of Austrian artist Martha Jungwirth, translating her expressive use of colour and brushwork into fabrics, embroidery and surface details. Clean silhouettes are combined with bruised purples, pinks, greens and yellows, while beige pantsuits and coats echo the tones of Jungwirth’s paintings. The collection features jacquards with exposed threads suggesting brushstrokes, zigzag ribbon embroidery, curlicue lace and fabric streamers in contrasting colours. St. Gallen embroidery techniques also appear throughout the collection, including lace designs originally created by Kriemler’s grandmother Alice in the 1950s. Be one of the first to see new videos.
