For this colorful winged look, Kelsey recommends starting as close to the top top lash line as possible by tracing the eye liner over the top of the lashes. After tracing over the top lash line, line the corner of the eye and connect the two lines. To start winging it out, extend the top liner up towards the tip of your brow and fill in the corner by drawing a line cutting back towards the center of your eye.
