Pooja Dhingra shares her passion with kindred spirits in Singapore

We brought this feisty and talented chef to meet and partner with Gan Guoyi and her husband, Indra Kantono, the creative forces behind Jigger & Pony, one of Singapore’s most popular cocktail bars. The duo also run a rum joint Sugarhall, vintage-style cocktail bar Gibson, whisky and cocktail bar Flagship and the seafood restaurant Humpback. The three savoured a memorable experience in their flagship bar—Jigger & Pony, by creating an Old Fashioned (normally made with muddling ice, whiskey or bourbon and bitters) with a twist to bring their worlds together in a unique way.
