The Jacob & Co. Tiger Craftsmanship Video

Creating the life-like gold tiger for the Astronomia Solar Baguette Tiger & Dragon took about three months. It begins with a detailed drawing. Once approved, the artist creates a precise Computer-Aided Design (CAD) rendering to ensure it fits properly within the dial among the complications of the Astronomia vertical movement and the gold dragon. The gold cast is hand-painted with acrylic paint then placed in the dial.
