Lori MacNichol will be the first person to tell you that the greatest gift she ever gave herself was learning how to fly. Funnily enough though, it wasn't a dream of cruising above the mountains of western Idaho that originally landed Lori in the pilot's seat. Her passion for aviation grew out of her desire to find better, more remote spots for fly fishing – something she has loved her whole life – but once she got a taste of flying, it was all she could think about.
