Urooj Ashfaq - It’s easier to joke about your feelings than to be vulnerable

This season on Limitless by Westside, our new host Ahsaas Channa makes her podcast host debut with a fellow newcomer – or rather the winner of the Best Newcomer Award at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival – stand-up comedian Urooj Ashfaq. They chat about overcoming stage fright, how doing back-to-back shows helped Urooj build her stamina as a performer and how, like therapy, comedy helps Urooj process her feelings.
