While Gilmore correctly described a lamington, she had trouble naming our monarch – despite having met her. “I met the Queen once and I got to curtsy for her. That was pretty cool.” However, we have to admit, Gilmore’s definition of a flat white made sense, even if it wasn’t entirely correct. “A flat white is when the surf’s really flat. No, I’m kidding.
