Skateboarder Briana King Talks the Importance of Community | Built Different | StockX

Creating spaces for others to find their own version of peace is central to Briana King’s identity. The skateboarder, model, activist, and community organizer has built a platform for herself by virtue of her unapologetic way of moving through the world and opening up opportunities that are unique to her point of view and experience. Already an official StockX ambassador, our latest conversation with King explores what it means to be built different as she walks us through her vision of how to make better, stronger spaces for women, what it means to create truly inclusive community, and the best advice she’s ever gotten.
