The collection also revisited Dior’s heritage through shawl-collared bed jackets, shearling linings, metallic python-effect trousers and checked organza coats with fine fringing. An updated corolla skirt emerged as a key silhouette, combining structured pleated peplums or skirts with gauzy underlayers. Elsewhere, accumulated pleats created volume around the hips and below the knee, often without rigid structure. Presented in the Tuileries gardens against a setting of trees, water and mist, the collection brought together romantic details, tailored pieces and airy layers.
