Padded jackets and belted cardigan coats introduced practical elements, while oversized, crinkled taffeta suits contrasted refined fabrics with unconventional construction. Some jackets featured oversized bows at the neck, adding volume to the upper silhouette. Dresses incorporated small hoops at the hips to create protruding shapes, while miniskirts appeared suspended around the waist. Velvet bustier dresses returned alongside slinky jersey robes combined with bodysuits and skirts featuring deep slits that revealed a single stockinged leg. Presented in a surreal supermarket setting with sculptural fruit and vegetable forms, the collection extended its exploration of familiar clothing through unexpected volumes and off-kilter proportions.
