Maria's Story of Empowerment | Sephora

“I remember sitting in the office with her and getting frustrated because I needed more responsibilities, but yet I was so insecure about my language, about what I was capable of. She believed in me, and I feel like that’s just the biggest thing that you can do for someone. She was not only my boss, she became my friend, and she gave me that empowerment that I’m never going to forget.” We are so proud of you, Maria. Thanks for letting us be your home away from home. Your beauty and talent are so appreciated. Learn more here: http://www.sephora.com/belong
