Grand opening of our crafting facility in Lamphun | Pandora

Today, Pandora opens a new state-of-the-art, resource efficient, LEED Gold-certified crafting facility in Lamphun, Chiang Mai - known internally as PTT2. The facility is officially inaugurated at a grand press event attended by our top management and our founder, Per Enevoldsen​​. More than 60 journalists from around the world are visiting the facility and reporting from the event. As a company, we have a particularly strong capacity to enforce and maintain high standards because we won and operate the greatest part of our value chain, from design, raw material procurement and crafting through to marketing and sales. We have an overview of the entire value chain. Pandora is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC). We take an ethical approach to crafting jewellery, following responsible business practices and continuously looking at ways to minimise our environmental impact. We also recognise our duty to respect human rights and ensure proper working conditions for our people. Pandora's Human Rights Policy stipulates our commitment to the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).
