A new era of sparkle is coming. We're taking everything that made piercing at Claire's so memorable and elevating the experience with enhanced clinical standards, expert training and a more thoughtful, celebratory customer journey, transforming piercing from a simple transaction into a meaningful milestone. Our doors opened August 8th with our first reimagined experience at Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia, California and will continue rolling out nationwide in September. This new experience was shaped by the people who know it best: our customers, our associates, aka Claire's Girls, and the Gen Alpha girls who inspire everything we do.
