It powers the time-keeping functions and the flying tourbillon and the engine animation. Then there is the 16-cylinder, V-shaped engine. Activated on demand, this “engine” comes to life with 16 pistons pumping and two turbochargers spinning. This animation is clearly visible through the sapphire crystal glass housed in a 18K rose gold case.
