Meet Ebony Terry: a talented lead compounder who has spent 10 years bringing her expertise, wisdom and leadership to Lush's Vancouver manufacturing team. Customers have benefited from Ebony's work through countless bath bombs, lip scrubs, perfumes, body powders, massage bars and more over the years. Importantly, Ebony was also the first Chair of the Black Excellence Community Network: a group of employees that uplifts and celebrates the talent of our internal Black communities, while providing a space for support, connection, and opportunities to shape and guide the business.
