BLOOM CONTEST Portugal Fashion Spring 2023 Lisboa - Fashion Channel The BLOOM Portugal Fashion platform moves away from the traditional catwalk concept, with the aim of providing new designers with fashion shows in a more informal, urban and multi-artistic environment. In Portuguese, 'bloom' means to bloom, to bloom, to shine; it also means freshness, prosper, shine.
