Designer Alexis Mabille describes his collection as referencing "a very iconic woman, or...a jeweler for a very famous man." The show opened with a black, long-sleeve, jersey dress embellished with around 600 buttons. The rest of the collection included velvet, lace, lamé, bows, heavy jewels, tuxedo references and capes. The hair stylist, Odile Gilbert, walked FashionTV through the process of creating this horn-shaped hairstyle with the use of wires and diamond jewels. Makeup artist, Carole Colombani, chose a subtle black cat-eye, Ruby Roux lipstick by MAC, a clean foundation topped with a white powder and a black Swarovski gem on the cheek to complete the look. Piece by piece, the collection was able to keep the crowd on their toes for the next daring look.
