The Sound Bath Podcast: Liberate Choice with Sharmin Hossain

The Sound Bath is a new podcast from Lush Cosmetics that explores what personal, social, and environmental care and wellbeing really mean in today's society. Hosted by surrealist blues poet, storyteller and organizer aja monet, we're diving deep into intimate discussions to uncover ideas that transform and reveal who we are. Sharmin Hossain is a Bangladeshi queer Muslim activist, political organizer and Campaign Director for Liberate Abortion—fighting for everyone's right to choose. Sharmin joins aja to discuss her experience as a reproductive rights activist growing up in New York and how she's moving forward after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Once you're done listening, we invite you to leave us a voice memo and answer some of the same questions we ask our guests. Click HERE https://bit.ly/3WswmUB to leave us a voice message! By submitting your voice memo, you're granting us permission to use the recording in future episodes of The Sound Bath. This podcast is designed to be enjoyed in the bath and each episode includes a built-in music meditation from The Dojo Upstate, so start the water, lie back and soak in The Sound Bath.
