http://www.FTV.com/videos PARIS - Tyra Banks isn't the only one who can say she became a lifesize Barbie. The models in Viktor & Rolf's fashionably fun runway for Spring/Summer 2012 in Paris wore everything from extreme pink lashes to skirts with hems they could practically walk out of. "The makeup this season is all about the girls looking like modern dolls," adds Makeup Artist Pat McGrath. Gabriel Hackworthy from The UK Harper's Bazaar raved that the clothes had a "whimsical touch." Designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, who thought of the proportions of a doll's wardrobe while conceptualizing, wanted the collection's theme to center around the living Barbie, though not in a quirky way. He focused on the Barbie as a beautiful, couture item. The provocative couture collection is about enlargement (even the stitches are large!) Designer Viktor Horsting explained, "We wanted something sweet but not sugary sweet--something bold and graphic as a look and as a feeling." Karlie Kloss loves the pink lashes and pink lip. "It's sort of Barbie on acid today," she says. And it's true--Viktor and Rolf's collection suggests you don't have to live life in plastic to be fantastic. Appearances: Pat McGrath, Bette Franke, Anais Pouliot, Joan Smalls, Kinga Rajzak, Viktor Horsting, Rolf Snoeren, Karlie Kloss, Daphne Groeneveld, Magdalena Frackowiak, Eniko Mihalik, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Frida Gustavsson, Luigi Murenu, Natasha Poly, Karmen Pedaru, Siri Tollerod, Suzi Bird, Gabriel Ha
