Vintage in Pills JOHN GALLIANO Fall 2007 - Fashion Channel

Vintage in Pills JOHN GALLIANO Fall 2007 - Fashion Channel Step into a vintage season with John Galliano, where high movie-star style meets romantic extravagance in a decadently staged collection reminiscent of the early nineties. Celebrating the 60th anniversary of the New Look at Dior, Galliano's own collection transports us to the hothouse scenes of Pigalle during the tens and twenties. As guests arrive, they are greeted with a cast of Parisian street characters, overflowing dinner tables, and an array of eccentric props, setting the stage for a glamorous affair. Models embody the spirit of old-school supermodels, striking convincing attitudes as they showcase Galliano's signature bias-cut dresses and extravagant designs. With Stephen Jones' millinery, Pat McGrath's makeup, Julien d'Ys hair, and Michael Howells' set design, the show is a testament to Galliano's full cinematic form. While the collection pays homage to vintage references, it also brings a fresh perspective, captivating a new generation of fashion enthusiasts ready for every ruffle and cloche. #JohnGalliano #FashionNostalgia #VintageInspiration #DecadentFashion #fashionextravaganza Visit and Subscribe to Fashion Channel to find out more! - http://bit.ly/1OdEd04 Videos, fashion, stylists, models, the biggest fashion events pass by us.
