IMANE AYISSI Fall 2026 Haute Couture Paris - Fashion Channel Presented during Paris Haute Couture Week, Imane Ayissi’s Fall/Winter 2026 haute couture collection paid tribute to the traditions of couture while honoring the memory of his mother, a former model and flight attendant. Framed by an aviation-inspired setting, the collection explored movement, volume, and fluidity through vibrant color and expressive craftsmanship. Rich silks in varying weights and textures formed the foundation of the collection, accompanied by dramatic raffia fringes and sculptural headpieces that evoked wings in motion. Ayissi also incorporated elements inspired by the textile traditions of Cameroon, including tie-dye techniques and raffia craftsmanship, alongside intricate new developments such as an allover beaded ensemble featuring graphic floral motifs. The silhouettes emphasized bold proportions and transformation, with shift dresses extending into flowing trains, sculptural capes, and sequined gowns that revealed elongated backs as the models walked. Saturated shades of royal blue, vivid orange, dusty pink, cornflower blue, and white highlighted the collection, reinforcing Ayissi’s signature balance between couture elegance, artisanal techniques, and dynamic movement.
