At Watches & Wonders 2026, Chopard marks 30 years as a movement manufacture with five new Alpine Eagle references, two new LUC dress watches in steel, and a remarkable limited edition Quattro Spirit. Tim Mosso goes hands-on with the full collection. The Alpine Eagle collection expands with five new references. Two new dial colors — Rhône Blue in 36mm and 41mm — join the existing lineup in Lucent 225 steel, water resistant to 100m. The 41mm in Rhône Blue features a 60-hour power reserve; the 36mm a 42-hour power reserve. Both are chronometer certified. The Alpine Eagle 41 AM introduces an anti-magnetic hairspring to the collection for the first time — a meaningful technical upgrade presented with a new moss green dial, retaining the 60-hour power reserve and 100m water resistance. The Alpine Eagle 41 XPS is Tim's sleeper pick of the integrated bracelet sports watch category — 41mm, just 8mm thick, powered by the Geneva Seal and COSC double-certified Caliber 96 with micro rotor, overcoil hairspring, two stacked coaxial barrels, and 65-hour power reserve. New mountain glow dial. A technically serious watch in an understated package. The Alpine Eagle 41 XPS CS adds center seconds and a smoked fumé wood-grain gradient dial — a first for the Alpine Eagle — in Fairmined gold with triple certification: Geneva Seal, COSC, and Fairmined ethical gold sourcing. The L.U.C XPS Prussian Blue is a 40mm steel dress watch at just 7.2mm thick, powered by the 3.3mm Caliber 96 with micro rot
