Ocean Generation: Behind the Global Movement | GUESS Advocacy

In this episode of GUESS Advocacy, we share the story behind Ocean Generation’s global movement to restore a healthy relationship between humanity and the Ocean. Jo Ruxton, the founder of Ocean Generation, takes us through the effects plastic waste has on the Ocean and small ways we can make a change, such as beach cleaning. Since 2009, Ocean Generation has empowered a generation of people to tackle Ocean threats through science and storytelling. They currently have a program called Ocean Academy, which allows children ages 5 to 16 to become educated surrounding ocean-based sustainability in their classroom. Watch to learn more about how they’re helping the world become better. Learn more at https://www.oceangeneration.org/ Subscribe to our channel: https://youtube.com/guess?sub_confirm...
