Sherrie Silver: In The Bag | Episode 28 | British Vogue

The contents of star choreographer Sherrie Silver’s Miu Miu handbag reveal her pride in her African roots – and reflect her international career. The visionary behind the viral dance moves in Childish Gambino’s “This Is America” video carries not one but three passports – including one from her native Rwanda – assorted currencies, and a fan she picked up in Ghana to keep her cool in hot countries. Also included? Two sets of headphones, a pair of “hater blockers” (sunglasses), her favourite Fenty Beauty lip gloss, and a trusty pair of pool slides to sub in for her heels in an emergency. Watch the video to see the rest of Sherrie Silver’s everyday essentials.
