Levi’s® ‘second life’ In collaboration With Willem de Bruin & Pepijn Lanen

The new 9 Streets store launched with a ‘second life’ product collaboration with well-known artists Willem de Bruin and Pepijn Lanen Vintage Levi’s® jeans and Truckers are highly sought after by second-hand fashion lovers. In collaboration with two familiar faces: Dutch actor and singer Willem de Bruin (known from The Opposites) and Dutch author and artist Pepijn Lanen (known from De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig), Levi’s® collected the coolest vintage items and customized them together. Willem and Pepijn’s creations are characterized by the second life techniques, Rip & Repair and StatementPaneling. The ultimate goal is not to waste anything and create a premium item that will last forever. These exclusive items are part of the new store. We made 50 items in total, Willem and Pepijn contributed 12 limited pieces, made in co-creation with the Levi’s® Tailors. Because We Carry All proceeds of the vintage items and Tailorshop services (excluding rip & repair) will be donated to Because We Carry. This charity focuses on emergency aid for refugees on the Greek island of Lesbos. Levi's® has been committed to refugee aid internationally for many years already.
