Meet the Lou Gehrig Limited Edition

It’s a joy to introduce you to the Lou Gehrig Limited Edition, a watch based on the Big Crown Pointer Date that celebrates the life and legacy of baseball legend Lou Gehrig. Lou played 2,130 consecutive games for the New York Yankees in the 1920s and 1930s, then a record. The watch has a blue 4 on the date ring for his uniform number and a vertically brushed silver dial for his “Iron Horse” nickname. We’re only making 2,130 pieces. Sadly, Lou’s life was cut short by ALS, a neurodegenerative disease sometimes known as “Lou Gehrig’s Disease”. This watch supports the work of The Lou and Eleanor Gehrig Family Foundation, which raises awareness of ALS and funds for research.
