Current watch tastes have seen a rise in interest for neo-vintage luxury watches, and the Oris Divers Sixty Five is right on-trend. The current collection pays homage to the original 1960s model with two dial options almost identical to the original, right down to the font and shape of the hour markers. The Superluminova material is even presented in a warmer hue to match the patina seen on original divers produced in the 1960s. The case shape is like the original, including a crown without guards. The bracelet even features rivet links on some examples. However, while the 1960 model was only produced in 36mm, the updated model features 36mm - 42mm case size options. Additionally, the current collection opts for a domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal instead of acrylic. While the Divers Sixty Five is very much vintage-inspired, the Aquis is unmistakably modern. It features crown guards, greater water resistance than the Divers 65 of up to 300 meters/1,000 feet, and an integrated strap or bracelet. Th
